  It seems there is a blanket policy of no pushchairs in the pub...Something to do with fire exits (even when neatly stashed well away from any exits). This applies even when small child is asleep in said, safely stored pushchair...You will be asked to leave it outside, in the middle of December. But only after you've sat down got your drinks and ordered food. We didn't stay to sample the food. Children may be welcome, but only outside it seems.

  What a great pub. Certainly would recommend. Excellent food and service from a lovely couple. Try the fish and chips or a burger. Ours were truly delicious. Really appreciate the extra effort to accommodate our children and dog - thank you so much.
